About Me

My name is Robert Lavender and I am a trainee web developer that is currently studying from home on the Netmatters Scion Coalition Scheme. I have a both previous experience and a passion for working with back-end development such as databases, frameworks and Content Management systems. Other areas of IT that I have worked or studied in are Server/Network Deployment, Network Management, Software Development, Ecommerce Front-End Web Design.

I am currently volunteering as an Administrator for a non-profit organisation called Northern Ireland Rare Disease Partnership (NIRDP). I am responsible producing articles for their newsletter, recording minutes of meetings, emailing other organisations and working with their IT and Client Data departments.
